At Oliver and May Craft Supplies we believe any extra postage paid is better off back in your pocket. So this is why we will always refund excess postage on your order. Helping you keep the cost down on your next craft project!

We use Australia Post for shipping both domestically and internationally. 

Shipping charges are based on the the weight and dimensions of your order once packed. Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days of you placing your order unless otherwise stated. During sale periods with increased order volumes, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

DOMESTIC Standard Postage

  • up to 250gms 👉🏻 from $4.50 by Priority Letter Rate mail (this is an untracked service)
  • Extra Small Satchel 👉🏻  from $9.70 (tracked 250 gms)
  • Small Satchel  👉🏻  from $11.15 (tracked 500gms)
  • Medium Satchel 👉🏻   from $15.25 ( tracked 1kg)
  • Large Satchel 👉🏻  from $19.30 (tracked 3kg)
  • 5.01kg  and over   👉🏻  from $23.20. 
  • Postage for parcels over 5kg up to 22kg is based on the weight or cubic weight (whichever is greater) and the destination/ postcode.

DOMESTIC Express Postage

  • Extra Small Satchel 👉🏻  from $12.70 (tracked 250 gms)
  • Small Satchel 👉🏻  from $14.65 (tracked 500gms)
  • Medium Satchel  👉🏻  from $19.25 (tracked 1kg)
  • Large Satchel 👉🏻  from $23.80 (tracked 3kg)
  • Extra Large Satchel  👉🏻  from $31.80 (tracked 5kg)
  • 5.01kg  and over    👉🏻

Express Shipping does not fast track the processing of your order. If you require your order processed sooner,  please message me via chat prior ordering & leave a note on the order, so we can accomodate your request. 

International Shipping:

All International packages are sent with a tracking number. Charges starts at AUD$12.95 and vary based on weight of your goods in checkout and the destination country. Transit times differ depending upon the destination country. At times there may be additional delays due to local custom processing delays and or internal transit delays land side. These delays are out of the control of Australia Post and your patience is appreciated during these times.

International Express Shipping Service is available. Charges vary based on weight of goods at checkout and destination country. Australia Post express transit time is usually 3-6 Business days (can vary depending upon local customs and delays) .
